Ben and Sue Iverson

designed and built  a second beautiful bench for our guests at Lewis Clark Animal Shelter. Ben and Sue have supported LCAS with generous donations, creations like these benches and help whenever we've needed it for many years.  Always willing to lend a hand and never asking for anything in return.  We count them among our 'unsung' heroes.  Thank you for your love and for all you do !!

Members of Cub Scout Pack 645, Den #2 visited the shelter today with pet food donations.  After a tour, our Humane Education Director, Donna Duffau gave them a dog safety presentation and assisted as they made puppets to take home.

THANK YOU to the preschool students at Little Joe's Wee Care for their much needed donations.

We are so fortunate to have Donna Duffua.who teaches our visiting children important lessons like safety around pets and how pets need cared for just like they do.

Thank You

Clarkston Cat Wranglers

Cat Wranglers

A 4-H group lead by Dr. Ginny Logsdon raised enough money to sponsor a cat kennel for an entire year.   After presenting their generous gift, the girls toured the shelter and clinic.  We're proud of our younger generation and their quest to learn about our community pets and the care they deserve.

Sondra Price, has made dozens of cat blankets and hammocks for cats living at the shelter waiting to find homes.  She does an incredible job and puts a lot of  love into everything she makes.

Thank You Luke

Luke is a member of the 'All 4 One'  4-H club in Asotin Co.

He organized and a food drive and colelcted and delivered all the blankets, toys, food and treats to our pets before Christmas.  We are able to do our work because of the generosity of people like Luke who care enough to get involved.   Happy Holidays everyone !!

Thank You to the children

from All Saints School

Thank You  Anna  Kassie and Jayson

These children created flyers and delivered them door to door letting people know they would be coming back to collect food, blankets, toys and treats for the animals at Lewis Clark Animal Shelter for Christmas. Their parents brought them and everything they collected to the shelter just before Christmas wishing the pets without homes a Happy Holiday.
